What Tellcrest does

Tellcrest is software that reads evidence documents and generates case reports for fraud investigations. It is a tool for attorneys and investigators. It does not provide legal advice, and its output is not a legal document until a licensed attorney reviews and approves it.

Who can use Tellcrest

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tellcrest. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to handle the evidence you upload and that you have the legal right to use this software for its intended purpose.

Tellcrest is designed for licensed attorneys, government investigators, compliance professionals, and their authorized staff.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the evidence you upload. Tellcrest does not verify the authenticity, legality, or chain of custody of your documents.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all output. Tellcrest generates draft reports. A licensed attorney must review and approve everything before it is filed, submitted, or relied upon.
  • You are responsible for your account security. Do not share your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
  • You must not upload evidence you are not authorized to possess. Tellcrest is not responsible for unauthorized or illegally obtained documents.

How accurate is Tellcrest

Tellcrest uses Claude, an advanced large language model built by Anthropic, to analyze your documents. Claude is one of the most capable AI systems available for complex document analysis. In our testing with real fraud case patterns, Tellcrest correctly identifies key facts, contradictions, and evidence gaps that manual review would take weeks to find.

That said, Tellcrest is a tool that assists attorneys, not one that replaces them. Every case report includes source citations so you can verify each finding against the original document. We built the system this way because we believe trust comes from showing your work, not from claiming perfection.

The law requires a licensed attorney to review and sign off on any legal filing. Tellcrest is designed around this requirement: nothing can be exported without attorney approval, and every finding links back to the exact page it came from.

Important legal points

  • Tellcrest is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
  • Using Tellcrest does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Lukata Solutions.
  • All output is a draft for attorney review. A licensed attorney must approve everything before it is filed or relied upon.

Your data

You own your data. The evidence you upload and the cases you create belong to you. Tellcrest does not claim any ownership over your content.

We protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on encryption, isolation, and data handling.

You can delete your data at any time. Deleting a case permanently removes all associated evidence and analysis.

Pricing

Tellcrest is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days notice and you will not lose access to cases you have already created.

How responsibility works

Tellcrest is a document reading and analysis tool. You upload evidence, it reads everything and generates a case report. The report saves months of manual review work.

The attorney who reviews and files the case is responsible for the legal work product. That is how every legal tool works, from Westlaw to PACER to Relativity. The tool provides the information, the attorney makes the decisions.

Tellcrest is not liable for how the output is used after an attorney reviews and approves it. We provide a tool. You provide the judgment.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use Tellcrest in a way that could harm other users or our systems.

If we terminate your account, we will give you 30 days to export your data unless the termination is for a serious violation (fraud, abuse, or illegal activity).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
